Enjoyable My husband and I decided to visit Palm coast Ford due to literature mailed to us. We knew it was a hook to get us to the dealership, but we were curi My husband and I decided to visit Palm coast Ford due to literature mailed to us. We knew it was a hook to get us to the dealership, but we were curious. My husband was interested in seeing if he could trade his 2016, Ford Focus for a newer one. We were greeted, at the door, checked in with our certificate (the mailing), and quickly assigned a salesperson. So far all was pleasant. We were introduced to Pete Defalco (sales consultant). He was a most gracious and kind salesman. We quickly developed a good rapport and it turned in to a fun afternoon!. Pete bent over backwards to find Ted a car he would be happy with and also come up with a reasonable price. Sean Peveler, was also a fantastic person with an incredible personality! He also went the mile to come up with a price that was suitable to my husband. In the meantime, I had noticed this beautiful Lincoln Continental on the lot. It was a 2017, with only 4,000 miles. It was a fantastic car! So here we were throwing a wrench into the deal. Sean took it with a smile and said he would love to make it a two car deal! From there we were back into the negotiating stage again! The five star rating is definitely because of Pete and Sean. There was never any hard sell tatics, we were treated with respect, we were made to feel important, and we had a good time in the process! Now, that has to be a first when spending money on two cars. LOL! More

Tech needs to double xx work.. I just bought an 2018 f150. Had it for two weeks The drive front door check needed to be relpace. Great customer service.
