OVERALL, IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, WHICH SEEMED VERY WELL-RUN,AND FRIENDLY.THE ONLY NEGATIVE I WOULD REPORT IS THE NEGOTIATION DETAILS WHICH WERE TYPICAL TO ANY CAR SALE AN DEALERSHIP, WHICH SEEMED VERY WELL-RUN,AND FRIENDLY.THE ONLY NEGATIVE I WOULD REPORT IS THE NEGOTIATION DETAILS WHICH WERE TYPICAL TO ANY CAR SALE ANYWHERE: " I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU THIS PRICE IF YOU TAKE THE CAR TODAY.", WHICH IS RIDICULOUS TO LOGIC. In July of 2007 I visited this dealership well educated about their product and what price I should pay for the new Camry. The salesperson was extremely pleasant even when I explained that I WOULD NOT BUY about their product and what price I should pay for the new Camry. The salesperson was extremely pleasant even when I explained that I WOULD NOT BUY TODAY because I had not turned in my leased car. Then I got the MANAGERS PRESSURE CLOSE THAT "THE PRICE IS GOING TO BE SO GREAT YOU CAN'T PASS IT UP-BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE DELIVERY TODAY"!!I SAID LET THE GAMES BEGIN! After 4 hours of negotiating and signing a retail purchase agreement with the MANAGER and taking the car home to show it to my wife while they got the paperwork together I returned to the dealership and waited another hour for the finance mgr only to be told that they could not sell me the car at the agreed price because they had made a mistake. I told them that I expected them to honor their mistake as they would expect me to take delivery of the car if I had paid sticker price just as it reads on the purchase agreement. I returned to the dealership the next morning to see Ms. Mauro the general mgr and she would not see me she sent another manager to try to restart the negotiations. The salesperson was great I HOPE HE FINDS A JOB AT A MORE REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP AND I AM ENJOYING MY NEW ACCORD!! More
