The day I bought my car, I went to the dealership with only the intention to look at options. I wasn't ready to purchase as this was the first time I bought a car from a dealer and was nervous about bein only the intention to look at options. I wasn't ready to purchase as this was the first time I bought a car from a dealer and was nervous about being taken advantage of, especially being female. However, when I went into to Palm Beach Toyota and met with Elkin Ruiz in the Finance department, I immediately felt at ease. I was able to tell him what I hoped for and he started right then, giving me options that he thought best fit what I was looking for. I already knew the type of car I wanted to look at so he brought me straight to to that car and didn't waste my time trying to sell me on anything I didn't want. I felt like he already knew my personality and treated me as one of his closest friends. Then he called Carcell over to take me for the test drive. Carcell came with such a willing attitude to help. He was so friendly and happy. I knew he was honest an genuine and that I could trust him as well. It felt as if there was nothing else that mattered right then than helping me find what would make me happy. He knew what type car fit me as well as a family member knows me. He was so excited to make things perfect and didn't wait till the last minute to get things done. He had the car ready to go the moment I finished signing finance papers. Since then, he's been so helpful with any questions I've had. Then when I got back to Elkin to make the final decision, he made sure that he got me the best financial deal possible. I knew that when I was signing the finance papers that he wasn't letting me get into a situation that would come out hurting me later. I actually felt much calmer about signing than I thought I would. I would send anyone to Elkin and Carcell. I couldn't have had a better experience or chosen better representatives to help me in this purchase. More

This is my second lease with P.B.Toyota. This experience was, probably, the easiest and most enjoyable I have had in the many years I have been buying cars. All three people I worked with went out of their was, probably, the easiest and most enjoyable I have had in the many years I have been buying cars. All three people I worked with went out of their way to help me obtain exactly what I wanted , in the shortest amount of time. All were extremely polite and helpful. I have been involved in the purchase or lease of more than 200 vehicles in my various businesses and this, I believe, was one of the easiest transactions with which I have worked. Had a wonderful expirence. I worked with a man by the name of Leo he was awesome. He trully seemed like he cared about my needs and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I drove 75 miles to buy a new Prius because the salesman told me he would have the car available...no problem. It was at another dealer but he could get it within minutes. He even sent me the car's invoic told me he would have the car available...no problem. It was at another dealer but he could get it within minutes. He even sent me the car's invoice with the VIN number. Guess what? We got there..agreed on the price and trade-in...and the car was sold three hours after we talked. I would have given him my charge number for a deposit if he asked to hold it overnight. I even called before we left home to see if everything was alright...no problem he said.and we arrived at the dealership before 10:30am. Then, he and the GM were scrambling to see if they could locate another car and all I got was "sorry". In case you are reading this and thinking I am a salesperson for another dealership, I am a retired school teacher who has been screwed over by Palm Beach Toyota. Fortunately for me I had another deal as a backup because something seemed fishy with West Palm Toyota. The car at Ed Morse Delray was the color we wanted but had some equipment we didn't want...but Jeannie Nowak and Wayne Feldman held the car for me and gave me more in trade-in to make up most of the cost difference. Needless to say, my recommendation would be to avoid Palm Beach Toyota. More

She made me feel like a king, did what she promised and helped me get the car I wanted, for what I wanted to pay. My experience with here completely changed my expectations of a car company. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and focused on me as the customer what a novel idea. If you are buying or leasing a new car, look into Toyota, if you decide on a Toyota and live within an hour+ drive from Palm Beach Toyota go see Joanne you wont regret it. More
