I was a little hesitant to buy a car over the Internet, but decided to give it a try. I found a 2008 certified Prius from Palm Beach Toyota. I flew down on a Saturday, and Ed picked me up at the airport in the Prius I was going to buy. We went back to the dealership, I test drove it, did the paperwork and was out the door in less than 2 hours. Ed made the whole process very easy, and I'm very pleased with him and Palm Beach Toyota. I was well taken care of - the car had been perfectly detailed, the GPS map DVD updated, the car had a full tank of gas and I got a follow up Email from the dealership to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. A week ago my husband and I made our third consecutive purchase of a new Camry. All have been from Palm Beach Toyota. All from the outstanding sales representative, Carcell Assroupe, and the terrific sale purchase of a new Camry. All have been from Palm Beach Toyota. All from the outstanding sales representative, Carcell Assroupe, and the terrific sales manager, Roger Myton. Our experience once again was wonderful and easy; handled with integrity and expertise. We knew what we wanted, an agreement was made, and upon our arrival at the dealership, the paperwork was ready and we stresslessly completed signing all paperwork. We then went to see Elkin Ruiz in the finance department, who was a lovely man with professionalism and a smile. I must also mention another really nice person, Jean Albert, sales representative. He was called upon to show us how to work Bluetooth and assisted readily. He was kind enough to invite us back to see him for further help at any time. The car is beautiful. We are very happy.
