My salesman Nick was amazing. The finance department was all ready with my paperwork. Didn't know it was owned by the Penske family, but that makes it even better as my dad would have been so happy about that (he was a huge NASCAR fan.) It was nice that there were a crowd of customers since I always feel awkward going to empty dealerships: I kind of feel like I'm being targeted. The whole process was fun & I love my new Rav4 😁 P.s. Penske doesn't require all the extra insurance that other dealerships do. That was a bonus. More
