We were looking for a specific color and trim of Sienna and Jordy helped us from the start. We had to wait for it to be delivered then we had to switch our dates of pick up 3 times because of kids sports. and Jordy helped us from the start. We came on a week night drove 2 1/2 hrs and he had all of the paperwork ready when we got there. Took less than an hour! We had never been to West Palm before and the kids were hungry. He made us a dinner reservation and even treated us to an appetizer! Full service! I wish we lived closer so we could bring our Sienna here for every service! I would recommend Jordy to everyone! He also answered all of my questions & gave adequate recommendations. He explained the car’s features & the purchase process. Mr. Weiner was also very helpful in that he explained clearly the purchased paper work & gave specific explanations for the options that were available for me to add such as the Premier Protection , Flex Protect etc..He also listened to my concerns as to the monthly payment that I felt comfortable with. He explained the process of the vehicle trading as well as applying for the vehicle title. In addition the car that I had chosen was reserved for someone else. But luckily the next day Marks called & I was able to get the same model, but with leather seats & moon roof. The dealership environment is very positive, building is kept clean, the staff is friendly & respectful. Overall the process was stress free & pleasant. More
