I have been shopping for a new mazda for 2 weeks mostly on line but was refered to Palisades from a friend that I work with he had dealt with a manager that he worked with while working in the city. I arrived on wed morning around 11am aand asked for Mr.Chittum and they advised he was not in today. The receptionist asked me if I can have someone else help I said no problem but wanted to do deal with Mr.Chittum. I waited there for amost 20 minutes with no help at all. I went back up to receptionist and asked if anyone was going to help me. She asked a salesperson to help me but he stated he was busy. At that point I waited another 10 minutes and a just left. I then went to Ramsey Mazda where I found the car I wanted was helped right away and took delivery 2 hrs later. I guess they do not need the business in Rockland. I reached out to my friend and he asvised me also that Mr.Chittum was no longer there how come they did not tell me when I arrived. Bad customer service ....Bad Attitudes there Please stay away and spend your money elsewhere. More
We just leased our second car from Palisade Mazda. We were extremely happy with the whole process. It was very quick, painless and Chris was very helpful. I have been living in Rockland County for 30 years and have purchased more then 15 cars in those years for myslef and my family. I have never purchased a Mazda untill this month because one of the managers there i know through the county of rockland. I did not even know there was a mazda store in the county untill I saw a manager I knew at a board meeting. I made a appointment with him and I came in on a saturday and He was busy with another customer but got to me in a about 5 min. Mr Chittum then sat down with me a treated me like I was the only customer in the store. He went over all the options I had went over finance and lease options and got me out of my current lease with nissan 6 monthe early. He made sure everything went smooth I have since then refered many of the county employees I have and sent out emails to all 1200 of them refering them to Mr.Chittum If you are looking for a new or used car. Mr.Chittum then followed up 3 times in 2 weekd to make sure everything was ok with my car and if there is anything I need to just call him and even gave me his cell in case there is ever a problem, If anyone is looking to buy a new or used car please go ask for Mr.Chittum he will take good care of you. I love my new CX9 and would recommend it to everyone , More

I just purchased a certified pre-owned 2011 Mazda CX-9. Dmitry and Jay were great through the process. Very friendly, informative, etc. That said, When I went to pick the car up, I was pretty disappointed with how it was presented. For one, it only came with one key. Certified pre-owned vehicles should come with two keys, plus I purchased a type of insurance that would cover the $450 - $500 cost of replacing a lost smart key. GIven that, I expected to have two keys ready when I picked up the vehicle which was not the case. A second key needed to be ordered and the car needs to go back to the dealership in a couple days so the second key can be programmed. I was told the car would also be detailed when I picked it up. While it was clean, it was not detailed. There was visible dirt on the outside of the car, as well as on the inside. Upon opening the glove compartment I noticed it was filled with things from the previous owner and there was no manual. Nice car, nice people. The way it was presented though was unacceptable. The manager is going to pick it up in a couple days (I live about 30-45 minutes from the dealership), provide me with a loaner and take it back so it can be properly detailed, a second key can be made, etc. They are trying to make things right which I do appreciate. We'll see how it goes. More

I leased a new Mazda 3 Sport from Demitri Pappas with Palisades Mazda. I could not have had a better experience. Demitri was knowledgeable (even had a background as an auto mechanic), honest and made i Palisades Mazda. I could not have had a better experience. Demitri was knowledgeable (even had a background as an auto mechanic), honest and made it a point to earn my business with integrity and patience, instead of pushing me or harassing me, as I've experienced in my dealings with other dealerships. I greatly appreciated his no-nonsense approach and his great respect for my time, telling me how long things would take and proving his word to be worth something. In fact, it only took me an hour to sign the paperwork and pick up the car on the day and time agreed upon. He and the Business Manager, Jay Murali, made me feel as though I was the only person in the place. The dealership in general was also a pleasure. The receptionist, Lisa, went out of her way to help me with getting information I needed for the insurance company, despite the fact that I needed the information ASAP on Jay's and Demitri's day off. I look forward to further dealings with this dealership in the future, and I would highly recommend giving them your business. More
This was the best car-buying experience I've had. The entire transaction was completed in less than 48 hours, which, to my mind, is unheard of. I felt like the sales rep really looked for the best deal for my family and me, and I wasn't pressured at all to sign off on something that I didn't feel 100% comfortable with. He was patient as we went through all the possible options. When we figured out the route I wanted to go (trading in my old Mazda and leasing a new one), I felt confident that everything was being done to respect the fact that I wanted my payments to be as low as possible.
