Thank you, hsalvotti, for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few details regarding your service visit. During your appointment, Ethan did review the tire concern with you and documented the recommendation in writing. The recommendation was not for two tires, but for four Falken Wildpeak 255/60R20 tires, including mount and balance, due to wire showing on the rear passenger tire. The tire was marked as unsafe on the service order, and the recommendation appears in the middle section of page three of the copy signed at pickup. At that time, the tire replacement was declined/deferred. We appreciate your past business and are glad to hear you’ve normally received very good service from Palestine Toyota. Our goal is always to communicate needed repairs clearly and document them properly for our customers. We appreciate your continued business and are always available to review the paperwork with you if needed. Customer satisfaction and safety is always our top priority.
