Great customer service! And no pressure! I have been to several car lots trying to find a car! And The sales reps would come running out, pressuring you, but not able to ans And no pressure! And then I had to give personal information before they could! I was so frustrated! But I must say I was very happy at Palace! I was able to look at several cars, go in them. Manar came out, allowed me to look, once I finished she approached me to see if I had questions. She answered all my questions and what she didn't know , she looked it up! She was very patient with me. And I appreciate that! I ended up getting a 2017 Honda Accord sport se! And so far I'm happy!😊 More
