This is a big catch. they think they are no 1 and will remain but is incorrect. Theier sales staff is very incourteous and arrogant. they give one price on internet & email. they say over phone they will remain but is incorrect. My question is if you are not going to honour your own( from page Toyota) why you write that price in email 2) on email they says they have many colors in stock on 24 th January 14. 25 January is Monday. when we saw this email to sales person he said he does not have more than 2 colors and they sold out all the colors in 3 hrs. because on 24 th noon 3 o'clock they have many colors. Sunday they were closed and 26 th they have only 2 cars left. There was a big queue on 24 th evening to buy Toyota camry at page Toyota! 3) Is this a professional behavior ?they quate in email price 20483 + tax . But when we went there sales person starts with 23750 plus tax and said this is a bargainprice They play a big cheating game over internet. This gives you very bad feeling and spoil your day. we were fool that we believed your email other sales prson at other Toyota dealership bat me that he will buy a lunch if Page Toyota will honour their own intenet price He told me that they does with many people . Let me say first i hate buying cars, that being said I had a great experience at Page Toyota. I saw a Toyota Venza via the internet I was interested in and sent an inquiry to find out details about the V had a great experience at Page Toyota. I was promptly contacted and given a name of a sale person who would be in contact, which he was in contact very quickly and was pleasant on the phone and did exactly everything he said he would and in the time frame he set for himself. My salesperson was Sandy Topper and he assured the vehicle he had was very nice and it would be worth the 1.5 hour drive for me to look at. We showed up on 11/4/10 at 7:45 pm and the car was awesome, Sandy was Pleasant and knowledgeable and it was a done deal. He assisted in financing, and made the process painless. So for me it was an A+ deal, Great car, pleasant staff and easy transaction and they took the edge off my hating to buy cars and the B.S you have to put up with at times. She was the only Sales Person of all the dealerships I visited (Ford, Hyundai, Nissan included), who gave me my requested out-the-door pric purchase. She was the only Sales Person of all the dealerships I visited (Ford, Hyundai, Nissan included), who gave me my requested out-the-door pricing in writing. Everybody else gave a verbal quote, showed price on their computer monitor or scribbled it on their business cards/piece of paper. Colleen was the most professional of them all and listened to my needs, to ultimately suggest what would best fit my needs.
