I just had my Honda Ridgeline got serviced on 03/23/2023. My service adviser was Ryan. He is such a knowledgeable man, very friendly and more over very honest. It’s hard for to review this dealership as my last trip is my last trip. Tuesday, I took it in for a broken door lock, waiting 2 ½ hours. I had to pay $145 for the diagnosis and the part was ordered for $5 is my last trip. Tuesday, I took it in for a broken door lock, waiting 2 ½ hours. I had to pay $145 for the diagnosis and the part was ordered for $58. I do not feel it was even taken apart, they just guessed at what it was. Wednesday, waiting another 2 ½ hours, they installed it, with a total bill for $540. It did not fix it. They looked at it again and said it was the harness, which they would have to order. After and discussion with several people, I was refunded all my money and I left. I stopped at a collusion shop I was passing on the way home, they got the part overnight, and installed it for a total $200 including the part. I live 13 miles one way, so two trips were 56 miles round trip. I also wasted five hours of my time. Although I have been going to that dealership for many years now, I will not return. More
