Dishonest business, choose another dealership! I called ahead to make sure the vehicle on the website was still available and was advised by Zoe that it was. I made sure she understood that I woul I called ahead to make sure the vehicle on the website was still available and was advised by Zoe that it was. I made sure she understood that I would have to drive an hour and a half to get to the location, and wanted to verify the price of the vehicle (which was 3 thousand dollars more than the website claimed). I established a verbal agreement with Zoe and Paul Stovesand that we would pay msrp if we traded and financed through thier dealership. When we arrived the deal was not honored. First they tried to give me less than the kelley blue book value for my vehicle, then after adjusting that price the salesman Mike Felker had me sign an intent to purchase form and after verbally promising not to run my credit more than once proceeded to run my credit three times, dropping my score. Mike then advised me that I would be required to purchase multiple thousand dollars of dealer add ons in order to secure the deal. When I indicated that I did not want the add on Mike told me that the deal would not go forward. As I was leaving I asked Mike if my credit had been run and he lied to my face and told me it had not. This is a terrible dealership, they are not honest people and are underhanded in the deals they strike, trying to make extra money on the back end. I also suspect that running people's credit multiple times is a trick they try to lower people's score so they will have to accept the deal they are offered or risk a higher interest rate elsewhere. The insistence on financing with them feels slimy and I suspect they are getting a kickback from lenders. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would never go back to this dealership or other dealerships owned by Larry Stovesand. More
Worst experience at a dealership ever. Had a tentative deal made on Thursday for a new truck. Went back on Friday to get the truck. When they found out we weren't using their financing the Had a tentative deal made on Thursday for a new truck. Went back on Friday to get the truck. When they found out we weren't using their financing they wanted to raise the price of the truck. Our credit union had a 4.5% interest rate. He called us a liar. We got up and walked out. We went straight to evansville and bought a new truck there. More
I have always had high anxiety when purchasing a vehicle, this time was no different until I met Mitch Hookham. Mitch was patient, courteous, answering all my questions and concerns, as well as not overwhelm this time was no different until I met Mitch Hookham. Mitch was patient, courteous, answering all my questions and concerns, as well as not overwhelming me or pressuring at any point. The anxiety I came in with was gone and I was able to make the best choice for me, the financing process was also a much better experience as buying a car is no small purchase. The time it took after I made my decision was remarkably fast as well. Mitch went over every feature, set up the Ford app, synced my phone ect. and made sure I was comfortable in my new car. Mitch was the absolute best!!! More
Bought a 2016 Acadia and within 5 days had a bad water leak from windshield which caused a ton of electrical problems. This dealership would only fix the windshield but none of the major problems the leak leak from windshield which caused a ton of electrical problems. This dealership would only fix the windshield but none of the major problems the leak has caused.Already spent $1000 and missed 4 days of work and it is still in the shop.On top of that they messed up my license transfer and told me that I have to pay for their mistake. Will never recommend or do business with them again. You've been warned. Don't be their next victim. Brad Smith More
I had my car serviced for fuel issues and very slow acceleration. We were told the fuel pump that is "in the tank," as well as faulty sensor, had gone bad. After the service and a "test drive," we were acceleration. We were told the fuel pump that is "in the tank," as well as faulty sensor, had gone bad. After the service and a "test drive," we were told the car was good to go and normal. Unfortunately, the car immediately produced the same issues once I left the dealer. Once I took the car back to the original dealer I bought it from and then a reputable Ford dealer to fix it, we were informed that Paducah Ford told us wrong about the fuel pump and that the fuel pump that was "fixed" was broke. The fuel pump was in the engine and was bad, which further caused more issues in the car. This wasn't the only issue. It took me two weeks to get the car into Paducah Ford, it took a week for a mechanic at Paducah Ford to get into the car and diagnose it, and it took over a week for Paducah Ford to get the warranty in place plus another week to fix it. A doctors office is faster than this and they want me to be fixed and want my money the same day. Another odd issue was how I made a previous review about this and was told it took 3 days to obtain the warranty, though the writer confused me for another customer. The other Ford dealer that fixed my car had fixed the issue well before contacting the warranty company for a reimbursement. This tells me it should have been done sooner despite our calls to remind them. In total, it took us half the time and stress than what Paducah Ford did in their time. Looking back at the service report, the mechanics at Paducah Ford "test drove" the car before I received it. The drive was only one mile, but the car could have easily rolled over a mile while moving the car into the shop. A real test drive could have spotted out the issue before I even get into my car to drive again which no doubt would have been seen. This amount of distrust could have costed me much more than the new car we bought and had Paducah Ford look at in the beginning. More issues are still being seen like the lying and incompetence we were given or even like the comment that was left under my last review. No words can help fix this. We are still investigating these issues and will find a way set this right. A serious issue occurred and we felt very unvalued or cared for. More

Awesome experience! Mike Felker worked with me on the purchase of a new F150. It was long distance as I am in Atlanta. Most of the contact was by phone and text. He work Mike Felker worked with me on the purchase of a new F150. It was long distance as I am in Atlanta. Most of the contact was by phone and text. He worked with me patiently and very thoroughly throughout the entire process. I had the opportunity to meet him in person and he was even better then. After about three weeks, I finally completed the deal, and my truck was delivered a day early! The entire staff was professional, personable, and efficient. I will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend! More
