We met with two different sales people, one of which being the sales manager, along with a finance person. Our grand total was never disclosed to us. To make a VERY long story short, I drove 2. 5 hours for a used pathfinder, spent 6.5 hours AT the dealership, they didn’t want to accept my pre-approved financing or come off the price and walke 5 hours for a used pathfinder, spent 6.5 hours AT the dealership, they didn’t want to accept my pre-approved financing or come off the price and walked away with a 2024 bronco that already has issues that I’ve had to schedule service for and the title clerk massively screwed up our paperwork. When the license bureau called to discuss the screw ups they said the customer was overcharged and wrote the check for too much so that money should go to the customer. TheDOR gave me the money back then Paducah called the next morning advising they screwed up and that DOR never called them. Which was a lie. So I advised I knew otherwise and the title clerk raised her voice at me and cut me off and wouldn’t let me speak. Now they want me to pay them $600 because they messed up and the numbers they provided still aren’t matching up. Don’t really recommend. :) Allyn was nice but that was about it. More
