Trouble-shooting apointment I was given an appointment the same day I called (a Monday), due to a one-time problem I'd had starting my car the previous Saturday. Although I had to leave my car overnight for the proper testing to be done, I was given a loaner to use. The service advisor (John C) was extremely professional in person, and kept in touch with me over the phone with status updates. Although no specific cause for my car's problem could be determined, I felt like it was investigated thoroughly. John gave me some general tips to help prevent the problem from happening again. Very satisfied with the service I received! More
Brakes for my Silverado I took my 06 Silverado to Paddock to have the brakes evaluated. I knew there were problems and wanted them to let me know the status and hopefully re I took my 06 Silverado to Paddock to have the brakes evaluated. I knew there were problems and wanted them to let me know the status and hopefully repair them. well I was floored by the astronomical estimate, more than $1500 for both the front and back. Well I knew I could get them done for much less somewhere else so I told them don't bother I'll pick it up. yeah I know, why didn't I take it there first? Anyway, the next day I take it to the other shop, get the brakes done for less than half of what Paddock wanted for the work. When I picked it up, I was informed that they had a xxxx of a time getting the wheels off. The lugs are supposed to be on at around 100 ft-lbs, but the pneumatic wrench capable of 700 ft-lbs couldn't budge them. They needed to use a 6 foot long pipe and a breaker bar to loosen each and every lug. So this was a big F YOU from Paddock to me for not letting them do the overpriced job. They probably thought I was going to do it myself and would give up when I couldn't get the xxxx wheels off. I will never give these xxxxxxxx a penny of my money and I recommend you all stay far away from them. They are overpriced and unscrupulous... find a shop you can trust and never go to Paddock. More

in for service They got us in very quickly but could not find the problem . We did get a loaner vehicle and when we went to pick it up the next day . We were told did not hear the problem and when it does it again to bring it back in. This is frustrating as the noise does not happen all the time. The service manager was absolutely GREAT to work with he was understanding and apologizing. I am frustrated because the problem could not be corrected, NOT his fault . More
