I called to book a service apt. and they forced me to give them every bit of imaginable information about me personally, before telling me its $200 just to walk in the door and get a diagnostic test done. This is quite ridiculous as I knew exactly what I needed repaired. Horrible customer service at the service department and a ridiculous waist of time in addition to a ridiculous policy of charging $200 prior to and in addition to any work being performed. Went elsewhere and had the service performed for free under warranty. DONT FALL FOR THE PADDOCK SCAM! STAY AWAY! More
Horrible! I have taken my vehicle in for the same electronics issue 4 times. They keep sending me away saying if it isn’t happening when I’m there they can’ I have taken my vehicle in for the same electronics issue 4 times. They keep sending me away saying if it isn’t happening when I’m there they can’t do anything. Twice it’s caused battery to be completely drained. This time they refused to even attempt to diagnose, told me the battery wasn’t under warranty on a year old vehicle, wanted to charge me $175 plus hourly (2-3 hours) to charge and test the battery, then $400 for a battery regardless. Then wanted to keep the car for two days and leave me with no way to get home. The service manager just kept saying to me that I should be more appreciative that he got my vehicle in the same day. I ended up buying a battery just to be able to go home. I basically paid my own ransom. I’ve reached out to Chevy and was told because they didn’t diagnose, I can’t ask for reimbursement. So they they made sure I couldn’t do anything but pay their ransom. More

I brought my 2022 chevy silverado in to the dealership on 3/21/22 with issues of the dash keep going out. Just got the truck 1/29/22. I didn't catch the employees name however they wanted me to pay for the d 3/21/22 with issues of the dash keep going out. Just got the truck 1/29/22. I didn't catch the employees name however they wanted me to pay for the diagnostic fee for a vehicle that has bumper to bumper coverage. After looking over the vehicle all they said was it's up to date on the computer software. This issues has happened numerous times since with the radio/dash staying on for over 40 mins vehicle not even running or on with all four doors open as well. I called Paddock and they just keep telling me there is nothing they can do. Onstar will not connect there is an open ticket report with them. My WiFi does not work half the time, ticket open with AT&T as well. The truck does not detect my keys, flips through the screens by it self, screen shuts off, or stays on. Other dealerships say this is a known issue. I want my truck fixed so I can enjoy it. What is the problem Paddock? More

John was very disrespectful. My appointment was not on the scheduled time. I bought a car and not even a full year has passed and the check engine light came on. I asked 1 questions, if it was covered under the warranty or not and John tried to nickel and dime me for a diagnostics that I had already had the paperwork for. He refused to look at the house paperwork and call me unesscessary names. Paddock Chevrolet is very rude and not worth the business. More

Had a 10:00 appointment to check a tire for slow leak. Found a small slice in tire. 14,000 miles on the car. Could not fix it. Had to buy a new tire at $250.00. We were just leaving paddock at 2:00. Took my vehicle in for service. checked the odometer before and after, 38 miles put on the vehicle was not happy about it, questioned about it they told me they wanted to drive it to see if they can di before and after, 38 miles put on the vehicle was not happy about it, questioned about it they told me they wanted to drive it to see if they can diagnose the problem. I did not authorize my vehicle to go to somebody's home overnight will never do business with this dealer again ever watch your odometer. Sneaky people here. More
