Terrible customer service Went in to possibly purchase a new vehicle. The salesman was nice and i left a deposit for the car. I ended up going elsewhere and finding a better deal on the same car. Trying to get a hold of the salesman about getting a refund was unsuccessful. Ive tried getting a hold of him over the phone, went into the dealership and was told he would be right with me. Never showed. I figured a finance guy would be able to help me with the refund.. so i email one of the finance people there and he tells me to come in so i do.. i saw the receptionist tell the finance guy i was there which he knew why. He looked over and told her to tell me to have a seat and wait for my salesman. After waiting a while, i told the receptionist to please have the salesmen call me. Still waiting for a response from them. I guess the dealership must be upset i didn't end up getting a car from them. The one other time ive gone to paddock, i felt so pressured by the sales team i didnt buy anything. Thought id give them another try. Big mistake. Go elsewhere! More
Terrible Service I scheduled an appointment for a used Malibu for 4:00 pm. Got there at 3:45 and sat there for an hour and a half before anyone took care of me only to I scheduled an appointment for a used Malibu for 4:00 pm. Got there at 3:45 and sat there for an hour and a half before anyone took care of me only to find out the car I made appointment for (only 2 hours prior to my arrival time) had been sold 2 days ago. I told the salesman (Joe), I had $10,800 and wanted a malibu, nothing else. He kept trying to push the Cruze on me and I kept declining. Finally, he showed me a slightly newer model malibu priced at 11,500. I said Id do it for 10,800 as that's all the money I had. He said he'd be able to do it and we talked for another hourish until closing day. I was supposed to go back the next day and test drive it again after all necessary repairs were made. I was then told it would come up to 12,900 after everything when I clearly stated the day before I could only spend 10,800(after everything). Joe was a very terrible, unhelpful salesman as was the rest of the staff. Save yourself some time/frustration and take your business elsewhere. More

Not A Good First Time Service Experience Sent my daughter there as she is attending school in Buffalo ; the initial phone experience to schedule service was great; the women who took the ca Sent my daughter there as she is attending school in Buffalo ; the initial phone experience to schedule service was great; the women who took the call was friendly and accommodated her in a timely manor. No issues there; however this is where the happy experience ended; once in the shop she was not comfortable; she felt they were very condescending; when I called they were not crisp on the solution and when pushed for a clear answer we receive a vague response. We ended up leaving She left; we called a non GM shop where the experience was the opposite. and they immediately responded to provide a solution. Two hours later we are good to go As GM owners this is very frustrating and it seems that you really need an understanding of the services before you can go to the dealership . Maybe this was a one off; in the future if we need to go back to these folks I will call the Service Manager prior to avoid this experience. More
Oil issues I purchased my truck from paddock 2 years ago, on July 4th this year the oil light came on checked the oil it was low got a oil change from paddock an I purchased my truck from paddock 2 years ago, on July 4th this year the oil light came on checked the oil it was low got a oil change from paddock and I've had nothing but problems since I have loss of power the oil pressure warning light comes on and the gauge drop to zero but with oil in it, ok so I take it back they tell me it's normal for the oil pressure to drop when not pushing on the gas, I understand that but it shouldn't drop off completely, they replaced the oil pressure switch for 15 days it was fine now it's back there again today August 3 2016, oil light is on again and the engine is now shuttering really hard and the oil gauge is all over the place, and the service writer Aubrey that was there lastnight when I took it in has a huge attitude problem. Kept interrupting me while explaining the issue and continue to tell me the oil gauge will drop to zero if your not pushing on the gas, I have 2friends at work that have a year before and a year after my Silverado and there oil gauge sits between 20 and 40 marks on the gauge, don't tell me it drop to zero. More

Disappointed I purchased a used minivan and was mostly satisfied until the brakes failed. Despite the fact that they assured me the van had been through their me I purchased a used minivan and was mostly satisfied until the brakes failed. Despite the fact that they assured me the van had been through their mechanical inspection and a NYS inspection, the brakes failed within 1200 miles / 2 months. The left front caliper was seized and had been seized for a long time. The LF pads were down to the backer plates and it looked like they had removed the wear indicator (squeeler). There is really no way a competent dealer and/or mechanic could have missed this. Frankly, I'm not sure how it passed the NYS inspection that they performed. Obviously, it was disappointing to have to put several hundred dollars into a car they sold as safe. When I contacted them to see if they were willing to stand behind what they sold, the response was to have a sales "manager" contact me and try to sell me another car. More
