Being female, I'm accustomed to not being taken seriously. My salesman at Paddock was just the opposite. He was attentive, didn't try to steer me into something seemingly more "appropriate" for my gender. He located exactly the vehicle I wanted at the perfect price. I couldn't be happier. More

Buyer beware !!! Need a car fast ,while driving around spotted a PT Cruiser in great shape and priced right . Contacted one of their salespeople came right over after Need a car fast ,while driving around spotted a PT Cruiser in great shape and priced right . Contacted one of their salespeople came right over after a few after talking a bit he told us the bank wouldn't not finance a car at that low price . Then he proceeded to show us a Chevy Cobalt in good shape and low mileage at $4995 called it a "Value Car" , on the test drive we noticed some noise from the front end , The salesperson told us it was a link that would be fixed before pick up ,whole buying process took less then two hours. Well good thing I purchased the extended service plan, picked up on a Saturday by Tuesday there was a whining coming from the front end after only 80 miles. Got a service appointment ,was told it was a wheel bearing hub and was covered by them because it was a "Value Car" ,went to my mechanic to have it done. When he put the car up on the lift told me to come take a look at this a broken rear spring ,the rust on it indicated it had been broke for a while. To make a long story short in less then five months had to have repairs done seven times both wheel hubs ,brakes front and back, rear spring, transmission module, now the check traction control light keeps coming on. I do not beat my vehicles my last two trucks both went over 250,000 miles one was 273,000 . Went to three other dealers to see what I could get on a trade in , would have to take a 4000 hit on a trade with the cost of the service that was part of the first loan . More

Courteous, professional, and quick Service area clean. Service staff was professional, courteous, and the time for actual oil change was within 40 minutes from the time I pulled in. Worst service possible. My traction control and stability control kept turning off. I went to the service department two times before they fixed it. Once they "fixed it" it c My traction control and stability control kept turning off. I went to the service department two times before they fixed it. Once they "fixed it" it cost me over $300 and I was told the problem would not happen again and if it did within a month I would be covered. A week later the problem happens and I go in the next day to have my truck serviced. The service guy tells me there is nothing he can do and it would be better if my "engine blew up". When I told him that the truck shakes and moves forward on its own it could result in me getting in an accident so it was unsafe he said "and what do you want me to do about that. Im not a magician". During all of this I was also told that I do not know what I am talking about and was repeatedly yelled at and interrupted when I was trying to explain my concerns. Despite being insured that my truck was fixed and be a paying customer I was told to leave the garage because the conversation was over. Do not go there. They just want your money and truly do not care. More
