Had an oil change scheduled. Service writer immediately apologized as they were short handed and service would be a bit longer; also offered me a rife home and back. The service department has my car on two different days to get my car inspected, oil change, new wipers and during inspection a peice needed to be ordered, I took the car home and brought it back the follo to get my car inspected, oil change, new wipers and during inspection a peice needed to be ordered, I took the car home and brought it back the following week to have the new part installed. When I picked the car up they didn’t have the wipers changed there was a lot of confusion on what was done and what still needed to be done. I was told the car was done and it was not finished when I got there to pick it up. More
