Don't frighten clients with poorly worded e-mails Every contact and service with Pacifico has been excellent except for one e-mail message I received a few days ago. It was a depressing notice which made me think there was a Mazda recall. It indicated it was very important I come in for service (and this was four days after I had four-month service by your service department. Whomever sends out the notices should be careful of the wording used and to be sure of the client's service record before sending notices. Martin Brown More
