Exceptional service! I brought my Mazda3 in for an oil change and to have some recall work performed on a Saturday (without an appointment) and I was in and out. The gentleman behind the service desk was very courteous and helpful and it was refreshing to receive such wonderful service. So refreshing that it motivated me to tell the world that when people love what they do and are good at it, the end result is perfection. I will definitely be a repeat customer. More
Remarkable I am from out of state here visiting a friend. I had my sisters car and it was acting up my friend referred me to pacifico, I called and after being I am from out of state here visiting a friend. I had my sisters car and it was acting up my friend referred me to pacifico, I called and after being thrown all over I got lisa's voice mail after 10 minutes she called me back. She was very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. She scheduled me asap when I came in I was greeted by a friendly bubbly face and it was Lisa. She assured me that my sisters vehicle is in the best hands and they will get down to the issue. This was the first time I was at this dealership, and let me tell you Lisa is wonderful. She took the time to go over somethings with me , I was there for at least two hours but she made sure she came out to me to let me know that my vehicle was still in shop and that Cliff will be out to talk to me. Wow talk about customer service, all I will say walking into a bubbly kind caring concerned person made me feel very welcomed. What a team More

Don't frighten clients with poorly worded e-mails Every contact and service with Pacifico has been excellent except for one e-mail message I received a few days ago. It was a depressing notice which Every contact and service with Pacifico has been excellent except for one e-mail message I received a few days ago. It was a depressing notice which made me think there was a Mazda recall. It indicated it was very important I come in for service (and this was four days after I had four-month service by your service department. Whomever sends out the notices should be careful of the wording used and to be sure of the client's service record before sending notices. Martin Brown More
