I am really glad I went to Pacifico Mazda for my state inspection/10k mile service. it was super easy to schedule my appointment and they reached out via text the day before to confirm that the time still inspection/10k mile service. it was super easy to schedule my appointment and they reached out via text the day before to confirm that the time still worked for my schedule. Both check in and check out were seamless - I was able to utilize the dealership's option for Lyft transportation to go home while they worked on my car and then to return for pick up, which was very convenient. They completed the services requested in a really short time (I think it was like 2 hours total) and they kept me informed via text, which I appreciate. Most of all, I really felt that the staff valued my time and did everything possible to make this a positive and stress-free experience. More

I had no trouble scheduling an appointment for PA state inspection, which went smoothly. The dealership representative was very courteous and pleasant. I waited while the car was being inspected. This Mazada dealership at the automall was AMAZING... Jay the service associate & Tony the mechanic were so AWESOME. They corrected an issue and restored my vehicle back to the way I feel in love with my SU the service associate & Tony the mechanic were so AWESOME.
