I am really glad I went to Pacifico Mazda for my state inspection/10k mile service. it was super easy to schedule my appointment and they reached out via text the day before to confirm that the time still inspection/10k mile service. it was super easy to schedule my appointment and they reached out via text the day before to confirm that the time still worked for my schedule. Both check in and check out were seamless - I was able to utilize the dealership's option for Lyft transportation to go home while they worked on my car and then to return for pick up, which was very convenient. They completed the services requested in a really short time (I think it was like 2 hours total) and they kept me informed via text, which I appreciate. Most of all, I really felt that the staff valued my time and did everything possible to make this a positive and stress-free experience. More
