I purchased my 2011 Mazda in 2013 from Pacifico Mazda. The service department Is excellent... I take my car in for service annually and would go no where else. Never a problem scheduling an appointment The service department Is excellent... I take my car in for service annually and would go no where else. Never a problem scheduling an appointment and the staff always keeps you informed of any issues and regularly check in with you...They give you options regarding service and do not pressure you into non-essentials. The waiting room is open and comfortable with plenty of places to.sit without feeling crammed. More
The service at pacifico Mazda has really improved over the years. This is my second vehicle with this particular Mazda dealer. RIP OFF! We are a Bodyshop who took a car there to be serviced only to be forced three times to pay to have something corrected that still has not been correc We are a Bodyshop who took a car there to be serviced only to be forced three times to pay to have something corrected that still has not been corrected. Codes would not clear after repairing. To ensure correction before release to customer, we took it to them. Replaced three items and car still not corrected. We don’t have money for you to guess what’s wrong. Your the dealer, your supposed to know what’s wrong. Bad service to extort money out of your pockets. Never had a issue prior to this. Shocked. More
