Always always great service at Pacifico Mazda service department! Jay is an excellent service manager, always accommodating to every customer and just genuinely kind. Everything went really well with one exception. A brand new battery was installed last year. It is already corroded. I asked that it be cleaned and it really wasn’t. I hope I don’t have any problems with this battery moving forward as there is still 4 years left on the warranty. I was told ‘this happens all the time’ but wasn’t given a real explanation as to why.
