Had an oil change scheduled. Service writer immediately apologized as they were short handed and service would be a bit longer; also offered me a rife home and back. Although it would be longer they gave me updates and I was out in no time. Also inquired about adding another service and he said I didn't need it. A pleasant experience!! More

The service department has my car on two different days to get my car inspected, oil change, new wipers and during inspection a peice needed to be ordered, I took the car home and brought it back the follo to get my car inspected, oil change, new wipers and during inspection a peice needed to be ordered, I took the car home and brought it back the following week to have the new part installed. When I picked the car up they didn’t have the wipers changed there was a lot of confusion on what was done and what still needed to be done. I was told the car was done and it was not finished when I got there to pick it up. More

Lamont Dean walk we throughout my 1st car buying experience and it was great easy flow experience. I walked in wanting to lease wasn’t approved, but told me I was walking away with something that da experience and it was great easy flow experience.
