On Saturday Oct 21 I took delivery of a 2017 Mustang GT Premium. I thought the vehicle was priced right, I had seen the vehicle in late September. While driving the vehicle home I noticed a chip in the windshield, It was very difficult to notice as it is not in line of sight and was hard to see against a grey sky. Now this chip may have been repaired, something I was going to check. However, today while trying to find out more about the vehicle I found that it had been customized, something not disclosed by the salesperson Matt Segal. I thought the vehicle was priced right, now I found out maybe it was not a great price. I feel as if I have been bamboozled. I think I should have been informed of the custom things done to the vehicle. Has the vehicle gone through a tune, has the timing or a cam been changed? Who knows? I certainly do not. More

Spent 50k for a 1yo truck and couldn't be less impressed with the service. Sales doesn't return emails or calls for weeks if ever. If they do simply reply that all their used vehicles are sold as-is.
