They always greet you when you come in for service and come out and explain everything in detail that needs to be done and/or has been done to your car. But the level of service doesn't end there, they mechanics who get your car as soon as you pull in the garage are good and the young lady that checks you out when you settle your payment for services is also great. I love the complimentary WIFI as well as the coffee, tea and Philly soft pretzels that are in the waiting room, which makes it nice to wait for your car. I actually can sit there and get work done while I'm waiting for my vehicle. Also I like to walk up to the showroom and see what new cars they have in there as well. All around great experience and I love my Pacifico for Life Membership which yields me free oil changes with my coupons. Thanks for being a class act! More
