I foun This was my 12th car purchase. I usually dread going through it. However, this time was much different. I was looking for a 2010 to Acura MDX. I found the exact car I was looking for (color and trim) on Auto Trader and emailed the dealer. I promptly received an email from Sam asking when I would be ready to look at the car. It was so quick, I just assumed that Sam would be an aggressive salesperson eager to make a quick buck. Instead, after meeting with him, I found him to be really pleasant to talk with and in no hurry to make the sale. We discussed the price and what he would give me for a trade in on my Chevy Volt. He was no pushover, but was very honest about what he could and couldn't do. In the end, I felt like we both won. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for a car. More
