The whole team came out clapping and I got to ring the bell!! Whoo hoo !!! For the most part it was a pleasant experience as buying a car can be. It was the next day when all xxxx broke out. My husband had called and questioned the sticker price. It looked like we had paid $3000.00 more then we should have. We were asked to come back and they would cut down our monthly payment. Nice, right.? Nope! Mark Garcia the finance specialist? Said, sorry we can't find anyone to finance your vehicle. What? I drove it home last night, to work. Wait, it gets better. Mike G. The finance supervisor doesn't have the xxxxx, to call us. (Coward) So, they take the car back and offer us a ride home in the vehicle they just took back. That's just really messed up!!! Add insult to injury they deposited my $3000.00 down payment, said they would reimburse me once the check cleared. Haha. Stopped payment right away. They really think I would trust them? Fool me once shame on me, full me twice, shame on you pacific Nissan. Hope you read this and learn from my pain and skip Pacific Nissan. SBrown More
History of lies and deception My experience was that they lied about who the gen manager was to begin with. I tried unsuccefully to unwrap the deal I made startint within 24 hours My experience was that they lied about who the gen manager was to begin with. I tried unsuccefully to unwrap the deal I made startint within 24 hours of purchase but no response to calls, emails, and in person was told they would be in touch to help with this. 4 mo later it became clear that they would not in fact help. Upon investigation I found 4 other veterans with simular stories of deception and wrogdoing, seems like they make the best targets for this dealership. Their book keeper draws a 100% disability nonemployable check each mo from the VA after finishing boot camp and claiming she was injured..illegal to say the least. Too many other instances to name here. Be sure to check their BBB rating, a D minus BEWARE More
Please do not buy a car from this place. The service department is slow, you have to explain what you want done multiple times and the sales team misrepresent the warranties and services c The service department is slow, you have to explain what you want done multiple times and the sales team misrepresent the warranties and services covered under those warranties. Once you sign a contract with them, everything they said about what the contract means is thrown out the window and they will show you the paper works fine print and tell you your not covered that way. The sales team uses high pressure sales tactics and hope that they can con you into buying a car. More then once when speaking to employees there they even admit that they too hate the dealership. Just go somewhere else with people that I hope are more trustworthy than the team at Pacific Nissan. More

Here it is 7 xxxxing days later and I've been here 5 times to sign and resign and resign the paperwork to transfer my car title to them. Every single time they have promised to get my check and every single time they say they can't print it. Get your xxxx together xxxxxxxxxx!! Is it that xxxxing difficult to change a title over? No, it's simple. They keep having me sign it over and over because they don't know which lines I need to sign. xxx??? You buy and sell cars, that's the only thing you do!! When you can't even get that right, why do you even run a dealership?? More

Big fan of Nissan , disappointed with the dealer performance I owned for 15 years more than 4 different Nissan cars , I love these cars bought most of my cars directly from the dealers , unfortunately this time I owned for 15 years more than 4 different Nissan cars , I love these cars bought most of my cars directly from the dealers , unfortunately this time I went to Pacific Nissan , it wasn't a pleasant experience , excellent sales people but unfortunately I was misled on many products they offer , The finance department was aggressive to close a deal with way overpriced products as extended warranties , gap insurance and other product , double the price from what I got when i refinanced my Naxima 2014 , this dealer was upset that I tefinanced my car down from 6% that they offered me as they claimed it is priced based on my credit to 1.9% with a major bank based on my credit , unbelievable , so when I requested On June- 26 -2014 to cancel and pay back my extended warranty , and gap insurance , it took this dealer 3 months to get back to me , after many calls , letters and e-nails , if I didn't call Nissan North America , to complain , maybe they never paid back my extended warranty! , by the way Nissan North America was very proffessinal , very nice , respectable great company to deal with and very helpful , the oposit of this dealer , also till today I didint receive back my canceled GAP Insurance ... I was so impressed with how much time, effort, and money they saved me, both times. The first time I got a Nissan Rouge. They found some obscure incentive that ended up saving me more than the cost of his fee. So even if that was all they had done, I'd have already come out ahead. 15 minutes of signing paperwork and we went down to the garage to get the car. Holy smooth process. The last time I dealt with a dealership I spent hours there while a cheesy sales guy went back and forth to talk to the manager to try to talk him into giving me a deal or whatever. Absolutely none of that xx with Pacific Nissan. You tell them what you want, they goes and finds a great deal on it, and then takes care of everything for you. Same thing a few months later when my wife's VW basically died on us. Our trusted mechanic told me that the car needed a new transmission that was worth almost as much as the car - that it was about to fail any moment. I could try to sell it on Craigslist and see if the buyer didn't know it was lurching, but that's just bad karma. We were going to donate the car to a charity, but Pacific Nissan actually found some intrepid fellow who was willing to buy the car even with the impending failure. So we got $1500 or so for this old junker. He then helped us with the lease of a Altima. Again, smooth as could be. Both times they were very communicative, and honestly provided us with so much more value than we expected. He's a good guy who wants to help you out. I will never, ever work directly with another dealer again now that I know that Pacific Nissan there to make my life so much easier! More
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! If you're looking for shady situations and PTSD, this is the place for you. My husband emailed about a 2014 Black Nissan Versa and set up a time t If you're looking for shady situations and PTSD, this is the place for you. My husband emailed about a 2014 Black Nissan Versa and set up a time to test drive it with David Gunn. The car didn't have power windows which we didn't realize was still a thing. So we test drive another blue car with the added luxury. The car was fine, all you can ask for in a subcompact. No dice on the blue though. I gave David Gunn my key to check out my car for the trade in. He then took it upon himself to grab an expired registration from my glove compartment. It was never returned. In comes Jeff with the deals. Because of my extravagant need for power windows and color requirement, they can't find the car anywhere. But here is a 2015 with upgrades for about the same price. My husband and I go outside to talk about it. We decide to move forward and go back inside. Jeff comes over and tells us the first deal was too good. The owner vetoed it. But here is a 2014 with less upgrades that you can have for more money. I was done with the whole situation. At this point we had been there for almost 3 hours. Phillipe G. Horn comes over and begins his pitch by talking about the wrong car. It was highlighted with a diagram so inappropriate that this website won't let me describe it. I assertively say "I just want my key back and want to leave." At this point it wasn't clear who had them. Key not returned, pitch continues. By the third time I had to ask for my key I began hitting the table. Still no key. A 4th guy comes out and I say "Really interesting tactic you guys have by taking away someone's key so they can't leave." He tells Phillipe G. Horn to give it back. Phillipe then pretended he didn't realize that he was holding it and returned it. I was in shock that Phillipe G. Horn had sat there and ignored my demand for my property. I thought that someone in the office had it because it wasn't immediately returned when I first asked. I left there feeling straight up traumatized and it will be months before I revisit car buying. My family will never purchase another Nissan and I discourage everyone from doing business with these cliché sleazy salesmen. On a positive note, I feel better prepared for when I do actually buy a car...from SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
