You should add Service Department to the selection. I came for service to my car so do you think I should work with the Sales Department or Management Department? If the reason for my visit is service I came for service to my car so do you think I should work with the Sales Department or Management Department? If the reason for my visit is service then of course I go to Service Department not the sales or finance department. Where is the Common Sense? The service of this dealer is terrible. I am not sure if their technicians are well-trained, professional, experienced, or beginner. Every time they make a service to my car, they always make a problem. Like braking some clips, miss to put back some parts, and damaging some parts of the car too. Be observant. Be always aware of what they are servicing to your car. Take a look and maybe take some pictures first to the parts they are servicing. So you have evidence later in case they blame you for something that you did not do. The poorest quality of service I have experienced is from this dealer. More

On 7/1/2021, the Engine Light came on after getting serviced for a fuel pump recall. I called Honda "Service" to make another appointment, and they said the 19th. Really? Advisor mentions I could do a "walk-up." She explains "but they cannot work on my vehicle until everyone's car with an appointment is finished first." Thats understandable so I said I’ll be dropping it off the next day. She said come around 10 am. I explained that if I dropped it off early, I could just walk home (2 miles) while it’s still cool. She said OK…… AND NOTHING ELSE!! Next morning, I was first in line to drop off my vehicle and SURPRISE, they won't check me in. Agent explains to be "fair" I'll needed to WAIT until everyone for that day is checked in. "FAIR?" I said I’m just dropping it off and they can just work on it if/when time allows! "NO," the Advisor eventually came out and explains she made a mistake and what she meant to say was, not only won’t they work on it until the others with appointments are addressed, but they won’t even check me in!!?? These kinds of "misunderstandings" are so easily avoidable with an ounce of communication!! I argued with the Agents for about 10 minutes about their practice and lack of communication, then when the time came, it took all of two minutes to sign me in!! I think people are basically nice as they appeared, but it also seems this Pacific Honda "Service" takes delight in watching you get frustrated and will argue with you just to make they're point!! I love my Honda, but I dread the idea of going to Pacific Honda which happens to be closest to my home!!! I got my truck back 18 days later, thank goodness! More

He is an excellent communicator as well and easily understandable regarding the situation with our car. Ron also ordered the right part needed and informing us it was needed because of the corrosive effect of the blue particles/powder from the battery area. We appreciate his expertise and excellent service performed from the very first time we worked with him. Ron was very informative and offered a few obliging suggestions to keep my 2015 Honda CRV car at its best for a while until next service. 8) *In the past 12 years plus, we’ve had excellent service in a long period with Honda Windward with Kevin Juan, who left Honda for new venture opportunity; yeah…we’ve felt displeasure to see Kevin Juan, who left-Windward Honda for other opportunity! * 9) This was our company’s first time to bring my 2015 Honda to Pacific Honda to get service. Ron has a good spirit & good character, it was a grand experience on the 30th, we both agents enjoyed Ron’s smiles and enthusiasm on his working area. Oh…in fast fashion and asking Ron if he receive our business card and some of our business’ information about our company, which is ‘to mean our company’s car needs to be in good condition at all time and we glad Ron gave us excellent services. We can feel that he listens to our problems. In one incidence in our conversation, I said to him, ‘saving one soul at a time’, which means he is saving us from ANGUISH STATES OF MIND when our company’s car is not in working states- battery was full of blue dust, and with bubbles around the entire battery’s surface. 10) We’re grateful of his effort along with his team in Pacific Honda in assist us to clean the battery area with the right tool. He also explained a couple possible ways that water could get in there. Either by human error, or mechanical error. He is truly there to save/service our car/public servant. He has a heart of professional business spirit, which is what we need in the situation of in needs to meet our Real Estate businesses’ appointments. Ron is a great advisor to work with and our company highly recommend him at Pacific Honda to our clients, personal friends, relatives, and our business friends. And recommend people to Honda’s selling department business through Ron as well. 11) Finally, my agent Robert Castro and I were very impressed with Ron’s outstanding knowledge of car parts and his team of mechanics at Pacific Honda service department. Ron is an ingenious advisor and we hope to show to the world of his devotion in Pacific Honda. Our company believed he is more than allowable starts we can indicate about him, his working spirit amazingly exalted in our eye, a minimum allowed of five stars are for Ron’s existence on the 30th. 12) Ron and his team of technician in the service department worked tireless-in good working spirit with Ron’ running around, up and down from his highchair sitting, and pushing the cars in and out of services department that is impressive. This place ripped off my daughter. My daughter is stationed in Hawaii, she took her car there to have it serviced, oil change, tire rotation and have her brakes checked. It has about 60000 miles on it, she was told her brakes looked new. Charged her 200.00. Two days later her front brakes started making a grinding noise. She had to have it towed back to the dealership where she was told a rock got in between the brake pads and rotor. They charged her 350.00 to replace pads and turned the rotors. That's 550.00 she had to pay. I feel they took advantage of her because she's a woman. I wish the Honda corporation would investigate this dealership. It's not right what they did, they should be responsible for what happened after they serviced the car. More
