And I ha I just a bought a BMW 328i at Pacific BMW in Glendale. It was the easiest and most fulfilling experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer. And I have purchased 31 cars in my lifetime. In fact, my last 8 cars were brand new Audi’s. But I decided to try out a BMW, and boy was I not disappointed. The negotiations were easy. After I explained what my budget was, and what type of car and features I wanted, they offered several options. No pressure, after that. I am very pleased with the car I picked. So much better than Audi! Thank you Pacific BMW. I’ll be back in a year or so for my next car. =) More

We've previously purchased 5 cars from Pacific. We went there recently after initial negotiations to buy an X5.Our salesperson was cooperative and tried to make a sale. We left not having reached an agreement, but after several e-mails and phone calls over the next few days, we reached an agreement on Wednesday evening; $700 over invoice.Our reciprocal e-mails confirmed the sale and since we had to turn in our leased vehicle asap, we were anxious to close the deal. The salesperson told us to come in Saturday morning to sign all the paperwork. He put a sold sign on the car we bought-it was the only one like it there and we really wanted it. In the meantime, we provided all our information to complete the forms.On Friday afternoon, we were told that sales manager, Chris Choe,sold our car to someone as he got $2000 over invoice! This is confirmed in an e-mail.When they realized how horrible that sounded, they back peddled and said it was a dealer trade.Regardless, we had a deal and their actions violated the agreement they had with us.We couldn't believe they did this and when we asked to speak with Mr. Choe,we were refused.The salesperson felt very badly and acknowledged how wrong this was.We've been customers there for years, but will never do business with them or anyone associated with them. They're untrustworthy, unprofessional and unethical. We ended up going to Valencia BMW and had a wonderful experience and purchased a vehicle from them. More
Went in with a simple problem- noisy weather stripping leaking air. Three visits and three attempts, no satisfaction. Shop foreman "test drove" the car, deemed it fixed, noise reappears on the way home th leaking air. Three visits and three attempts, no satisfaction. When I starting calling management everyone shut down and just stopped responding or returning calls. Way to Fail pacific bmw. More
These guys are inconsitent with what they say or do. I have had 4 cars purchased from them over the past years and generally they top off the oil for free if the car is under warrantee. Depentds which associate you get they make a subjective decision if they want to charge or not. It's realy not about the money it's the inconsistency of service. I would not recommend them. More
I recently leased a BMW 535i from Pacific and have to say, it was one of my best car acquistion experiences ever! I have had at least fifteen cars in my years, and helped out family and friends on anoth say, it was one of my best car acquistion experiences ever! I have had at least fifteen cars in my years, and helped out family and friends on another thirty. This dealer (and Natasha, my salesperson), gave me accurate information in a timely manner, I got the car when they said I would get it (and kept me updated via email), and gave me a price I couldn't beat. Everyone from the receptionist to the service techs were friendly and helpful. I love the car so far, so I'll probably be getting my next one there too when this lease it up. More

Went to Pacific BMW out of convenience since it is near my house and it was definitely an unexpected but pleasant surprise! My experience with dealerships in the past has made me nervous but after coming i my house and it was definitely an unexpected but pleasant surprise! My experience with dealerships in the past has made me nervous but after coming in to just "look around" I was pleasantly surprised with the sales process and got a great deal on a lease. I had to come back a month later to get an item fixed (I knew about it at the time of my lease) and even that was a great experience warranty work was covered and got my car back the same day! I was so happy with the whole thing that I even bought myself a BMW chain from their store. Overall far exceeded my expectations and will continue to be a Pacific BMW customer! More
