Un professional customer service I bought car form this dealership a year ago. When they selling you car they are very nice to but as soon as you a problem instead of helping you to r I bought car form this dealership a year ago. When they selling you car they are very nice to but as soon as you a problem instead of helping you to resolve your car issue they referre you BMW head quarters. Few times took the car for not meeting mfr specifications, they did not do any thing about it. At last I thought I still will try them one more time. I called for specific model and year, the call was transferred and set an appointment when I got there they even did not have that particular car and model in their lot. Just wasted my time for nothing. More
