Wonderful Experience I found the vehicle online and when I went to the dealership, the vehicle was what they said it was. Liars I contacted this dealership because they had a very nice looking truck for sale. The dealership was about 3 1/2 hour drive for me so I asked if I coul I contacted this dealership because they had a very nice looking truck for sale. The dealership was about 3 1/2 hour drive for me so I asked if I could put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it till I got there. I was assured that my deposit was refundable. I was not able to come to a deal with them and then they refused to return the deposit. There reasoning was that they lost out on two possible customers while they waited for me to arrive. What a load of crap. More

made my first truck buying experience a good one I was in the market for a used mid-size truck. Found Pacific Auto Center on Craigslist while searching for Tacomas. They have a HUGE selection of truc I was in the market for a used mid-size truck. Found Pacific Auto Center on Craigslist while searching for Tacomas. They have a HUGE selection of trucks, and even thought they're about 40 miles from my house, I made the drive to check out one truck I liked. I had been in contact with their internet salesman, Christian, but when I got there he was not available. Instead, David Ramirez helped me out. He was very polite and patient with me, I think we did 4 test drives just so I could check everything out. They do not budge on the sticker price, but I found a few things damaged on the truck, and they included that in the due bill and will be replacing those soon (I hope). I ended up getting a good interest rate through their bank and worked in a 60k/5 yr warrant and GAP as well. Overall good experience, although it did take about 5 hours. Happy with my truck so far! Can't beat their selection. More
