Bate and switch tactic. inexperience salesmen, poor communications with buyers. Drove an hour to the store. After receiving my sales worksheet they added over $4,000.00 to inexperience salesmen, poor communications with buyers. Drove an hour to the store. After receiving my sales worksheet they added over $4,000.00 to the advertised price. GPS, ETCH (glass etching) and clear concepts. I asked if they were option accessories and they said no you have to purchase the added accessories. Other dealers will add these accessories if you want them as an option. If you go there you will only get frustrated. I found another dealer that was a completely different experience and I bought the vehicle. Good Luck More

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has an F score from the Better Business Bureau for a reason. We found a truck we were interested in and they had us there for 3+ hours thr This place has an F score from the Better Business Bureau for a reason. We found a truck we were interested in and they had us there for 3+ hours through negotiation and paperwork, 6+ hours total from when we walked in. There was major push on a "backup finance contract" in case our funding fell through. They clearly hope that something goes wrong to lock you into their loan which probably gives them a kick back. My issue isn't so much with the practice itself but that they pushed it at us 3x even tho we told them we were sticking with our pre-qualified bank, navy fed. Then after negotiating and mutually agreeing to and signing an agreement for a determined price, they tried to tell us they forgot the registration cost and we now had to pay 1.5k more. We told them it's their mistake and we already signed for a determined cost so THEY needed to fix it. The truck also had a front wind shield tint that's illegal in our state so we agreed they would remove that when we came back to pick up the truck. Low and behold we spent 1.5 hours dealing with them to try to pick it up .... And the tint wasn't done. Both our checks had processed and they had the money and made us wait 1.5 hours while they "confirmed the money came through" Even tho the banks had already confirmed the checks were processed by them. Nothing but sketchy practices. We are glad to be rid of dealing with them once and for all and if I could go back in time we'd have cancelled our contract and not done business there. More

They called me a week later to say they could do a lower price, I said I'd come in immediately, and they sold the car to someone else while I was en route. If you value customer service, if you value your time, if you value yourself as a human being, choose a different dealership. More
