They to Purchased my car from the dealership. The next day the battery went bad. Contacted them they said they wouldn't help me out with replacing it. They told me that they would put floor mats in it. They forgot. I had to remind them about the mats. They put 2 used front mats in. Didn't give me any rear Mats. Took the car to have some dents removed. When I got to the dent repair shop they told me the car had bad hail damage. They wouldn't take care of the dents either. They said they never noticed the hail damage. Bad place to do business with. Please be carefull when dealing with this delightful place:) More

Professional SIte, Quality Cars & Great Buying Exp So I've been looking for a BMW Z4 on a budget and found this on cars.com. It was @40miles away but was well worth it. The place was very professional So I've been looking for a BMW Z4 on a budget and found this on cars.com. It was @40miles away but was well worth it. The place was very professional looking and many of the cars were stored inside their huge warehouse. By the time I was able to get out there it was very close to closing on Saturday but Chris & James were great. Very friendly and I never felt rushed. After I test drove the 2003 Z4 3.0 @83k, I was sold. Considering it was a 10yr old it still had all the high marks BMW is known for. Previously at another big name dealership, the sales person had told me their car was 8.0 out of 10....but when I saw it, besides being a 2.5, it was missing interior pieces, had rim scrape on all tires and a front bumper gouge. I was so happy I waited and found PA auto select because the car I ended up buying from them really was an 8.0 (at least) PLUS had all the premium options -- AND I give their friendly, easy going service a 10.0 Thanks #HappyNewZ4Owner More
Best E36 For the Money! I purchased a used 1997 BMW E36 Convertible From Chris and James at PA Auto Select. The car is the best used car purchase that I've made in my 46 year I purchased a used 1997 BMW E36 Convertible From Chris and James at PA Auto Select. The car is the best used car purchase that I've made in my 46 years of driving. I found the car on line and was skeptical at first. So many other web sites had cars that looked good on the web but didn't match the description in person.. I traveled to PA from SC to see and drive the car. The car was almost flawless for it's age. They allowed me to take it to a local garage, that I had made arrangements with to check the car. The car's mechanical condition was as good as it's cosmetic condition! Wow! The E36 was one of BMW's best, and what I believe to be it's most classic body style. This car is a fine example of that classic style. Chris and James could not have been more helpful! Chris, who I believe is the General Manager even arranged the shipment of the car to South Carolina, and for a rate much less than what I had found! I truly felt that I was treated more like some old friend, than a walk in customer. I can't say enough of about how much I am enjoying my Drop Top E36! Thank you Chris and James! More
Sold us a beat car! Volvo XC90 with clean Carfax or so Sold us a beat car! Volvo XC90 with clean Carfax or so we were told. First day home and it had transmission noises. Import Cars generously rebuilt Sold us a beat car! Volvo XC90 with clean Carfax or so we were told. First day home and it had transmission noises. Import Cars generously rebuilt transmission at their cost but took 6 weeks to get it done so without car for first 6 weeks and 2 payments. After 5 months, we replaced tires and brakes at $1,800. At 6 months, horrible engine noise, turned out to be a $4,800 repair at Volvo dealer. Asked Import Cars to take car back in trade for car of equal value or work with us. Deal they offered would have had us paying over $20,000 and ending up with a car worth about $11,000. Just not happy with getting sold a car that had serious issues. More
