I purchased a 2018 M550i from P&W and have been disappointed with their service center and overall lack of communication. After having my car for only 2-3 months, the music began glitching when you disappointed with their service center and overall lack of communication. After having my car for only 2-3 months, the music began glitching when you played Spotify or Apple Music. It took about a month to get an appointment and they kept my car for 10 days to only call me and ask if I tried another iPhone cord. I brought in a new cord, and it still had the same issue. The service manager even tried their phone. The end solution was to move my case on to the ‘engineering department’ at corporate. It’s been over 3 months and I never received a call as promised. I called P&W 4-5 times to the point where the lady who answers the phone knows me. Every time she transfers me to Service Manager John Thompson or General Manager Mike Brown, neither answer or call back despite leaving several voicemails. I called BMW Corporate, and they too tried to reach out to the dealer and couldn’t get ahold of them. I just want to play music in my car with Spotify and it’s now to the point I can’t even get a call back. Having owned 3 other BMW’s, I wouldn’t suggest purchasing through this dealer. It’s very evident customer service isn’t their strong suit. More
