From the time I drove into the service area until I picked up my car, I have never been more impressed with everyone in the service department. From the friendly smile on the people greeting me to the picked up my car, I have never been more impressed with everyone in the service department. From the friendly smile on the people greeting me to the time spent with Michael Jerry explaining the problem, I have never been so impressed with people genuinely interested in my total satisfaction. Michael was terrific following up with me during the day-telling me what the service techs were doing not only to re -create but to solve the problem. When the "check engine soon" light came on on my loaner, I called Michael and by the time I got back to P and W not only did he have another loaner ready for me, but he expedited the completion of repairs on my car so I wouldn't have to come back. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything they did. Michael and the entire service crew should receive 10s instead of 5s. More
I live in FL and flew to Pittsburgh on a friday morning to buy my car a 2011 550xi and was planning on driving it down to atlanta that same day, about a 10 hour drive. However I had a trade-in that I shipp to buy my car a 2011 550xi and was planning on driving it down to atlanta that same day, about a 10 hour drive. However I had a trade-in that I shipped up using a transport company referred to me by my salesman that needed to be at the dealership before I could drive off with my new car. I totally understand that the trade in needed to be there, I'm not stupid, my audi that I was trading in was supposed to arrive on Wed, which turned into Thurs, which then turned into Fri morning, which then turned into Fri evening. I finally convinced "bribed" the truck driver to get it to me by 5pm so that I could get my new car and leave. The whole time I was calling my salesman Fred Rongier and explaining him the situation and the timetable the truck driver was giving me. Around 4pm about a hour before the truck driver arrived at my hotel, I called fred to give him a update, he told me that the dealership closes at 5pm sharp and that if I wasn't there by 5pm then the sale would have to be done the next day on Sat. I told him this is unacceptable. He then began to tell me that there was no point in doing the deal that late in the day as it would be unsafe for me to drive at night. I'm a grown @$$ man, I dont need someone telling me when I should be driving a car that I'm buying. I flew into town to buy a car from HIM, the least he could do is wait around an extra 30 mins to complete a sale, I dont think this is being unreasonable. Where I'm from sales staff do not leave at 5pm sharp to go home, in fact most sales staff in my area stick around easily till 7pm. HOW ELSE DO PEOPLE IN PITTSBURGH BY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP IF IT CLOSES AT 5PM??!?!?!? DO THEY TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORK?? After I finally convince him to stay around after raising my voice and threatening to not buy the car anymore he agrees to stay. I get to the dealership at 5:30pm on the dot. It took about 10 mins to sign the final paperwork and give me my keys so that I could be on my way. The car was in fantastic shape as was described in the pics and his own assessment. However quite dirty on the inside but I didn't complain. How can the interior of a car be dirty when you know someone is coming to buy it that same day?? My main problem was this, when he handed me the keys he only handed me 1 set, I immediately said where is the 2nd set of keys. He told me that they had the 2nd set somewhere, they just temporarily misplaced them, he said he would overnight them to me as soon as he found them. I took him at his word for 2 reasons: 1: we overnighted all the paperwork back and forth to each other prior to me buying the car and that went smoothly. 2: I was in a slight hurry since I was trying to be in Atlanta in 10 hours and was leaving about 6 hours later then intended. It has now been 8 weeks on the dot, still no 2nd key. I've called him about 5 times on this matter, texted him about 3 times with no response, and also sent 2 emails with no response. My last call with him today 3/28/12 he states that they never did in fact have the 2nd key, he said the previous owner never turned in 2 keys he only turned in 1. He said he has been trying to get the 2nd key from the previous owner to no avail, I'm thinking are you a MORON, why would he turn in the 2nd key after he traded it in 4 months prior, he probably doesn't have it either!! He said had I bought the car certified I wouldn't have run into this problem, even though I did ask him about certification when we were negotiating the price, his exact words were "it would be pointless to certify a car that is only 8 months old" . He begins to tell me that he made no money on the deal and I basically bought the car at cost, and they also lost money on my trade in which they had to "wholesale", even though I clearly saw my car listed on their site a week later after the trade-in, and I saw it on autotrader also. The fact that he is trying to insult my intelligence by telling me they made no money makes me furious, no one does business in this country at cost! Just for the record it was a 2009 audi A5, not some clunker, and YES I gave them both my keys! Moral of the story do not buy a car from this guy, he's the definition of a car salesman: lie and deceive the customer to make a sale. When a problem arises F them, cause they have no recourse. I have called bmw customer care, but all they did was record my complaint. More

My experience with this dealership has always been excellent and top notch thanks to people like Michael Jerry and Fred Rongier(sales man). Any time i've concerns about my car mike responds in a timel excellent and top notch thanks to people like Michael Jerry and Fred Rongier(sales man). Any time i've concerns about my car mike responds in a timely fashion and gets the job done right. About 2 weeks ago I had my 528xi serviced at this dealership. The car needed some brake pads, myinfor feature wasn't working and detailing. At the time of pickup my car looked so clean and polished I thought I just purchased a new car. All my concerns and complaints were addressed. So compared to other dealerships like monroeville i would always recommend this place to all my friends and family and kudos to michael jerry and fred rongier for their excellent performance. More
Tom Morgan is the reason I gave the above ratings. Tom is the reason my husband and I elected to purchase our x3 from P&W after dealing with other BMW dealerships in the area. He is the reason we returned to the reason my husband and I elected to purchase our x3 from P&W after dealing with other BMW dealerships in the area. He is the reason we returned to lease our x5 last week. I recommended Tom to Steve LaCagnin my friend and colleague who has since purchased/leased at least 3 BMW vehicles from P&W and Tom is the reason my friend Dr. David Myerberg and his wife Cynthia returned to BMW and purchsed an x3 recently. We love Tom. He is honest and kind and a refreshing change from the typical experience one has in this industry. He is the reason we will return in 3 years when our lease expires. P & W motors was extremely helpful from start to finish. I received a better than average price and Tom Morgan was an exceptional sales person. The delivery process was easy and when the car arrived finish. I received a better than average price and Tom Morgan was an exceptional sales person. The delivery process was easy and when the car arrived Tom spent a lot of time with me going over the controls and functions of the car. We even decided to get a second car after this experience and it is on it's way now. Overall I liked the fact that P & W reassured me they would be there in the future if any problems should arise. When I enterde the show room at P&W Foreign Car Service, I was greated - by name - first by Tony Dave (Service Manager) and Tim (Senior Technician), then Mike Brown (General Manager), and finally Service, I was greated - by name - first by Tony Dave (Service Manager) and Tim (Senior Technician), then Mike Brown (General Manager), and finally by Max Moser, who was my service representative. All work to be completed was explained prior to my leaving my BMW 530i for service. When I arrived to get my car, the work had been completed and my car had been washed. A complete explanation of any work that would also need to be done in the future accompanied the complete itemization of all work that had been completed. I have been a customer of P&W Foreign Car Service since 1968, and plan to continue to be so. More

Unacceptable service. Parts departments salesperson acted like he was doing me a favor by selling me a halogen headlamp. Service department damaged the rear end of my car and denied responsibility. G acted like he was doing me a favor by selling me a halogen headlamp. Service department damaged the rear end of my car and denied responsibility. General manager (Mike Brown) has not returned my calls; I even called BMW customer service - they followed up with the dealer to call me. Still no call! I have been with BMW for 12 years and never had such bad service. This is not what I expected for a premium car. Very small minded dealer with no respect for the customer. I will switch brands on my next car because of this dealer. Very frustrating experience. More
