This week I took my car in with a simple request which was to fix the air conditioning. This is the fourth time in two years that I've brought it to them with the same complaint. They told me that I needed a new evaporator which would cost $3500. Since the car is worth barely this much, I took it to a look mom and pop auto repair shop instead. They fixed it for $290 and it's now working better than ever. I've had similar issues with P & W service where they have talked me into repairs that I probably didn't need. I will not visit this place ever again. More

My schedule is crazy, like most of ours are, and after looking at other vehicles I decided on the car he recommended. I arrived late due to traffic and construction, 430pm and the delaer closed at 5. I didn't think that was enough time to get the deal done, but the entire sales team stayed on, until 6pm, to get me in the car that night. Most dealers would have said come back tomorrow or Monday, not Morgan and his team. The deal was fair, there was no pressure, and I was treated as if I just bought the most expensive car they had on the lot. The delaer followed up with me several times to ensure I was happy with the car, and Morgan personally has called me several times to see if I needed anything. This is how you sell a car, this is the standard that all dealers should strive to achieve. Thank you Morgan, I love the car and will always recommend you to others! More

Terrible experience with this dealership I bought a 535 in May 2014 from P&W BMW. While finishing up the paperwork, I purchased a product called "1st place finish" after being strongly sugge I bought a 535 in May 2014 from P&W BMW. While finishing up the paperwork, I purchased a product called "1st place finish" after being strongly suggested by their manager Mike Brown. I was told that someone from their dealership would call me to set up an appointment for the service within a few days. Weeks passed and no one called. So I start calling them myself and again was assured someone would contact me for the appointment. After waiting for another six weeks and numerous failed attempts to get an appointment, I eventually gave up and visited them with a friend on Oct 1st. They apologized and promised to mail me a refund check within a week. That was another lie. I called / emailed them a few times about the check. Every time they would say they were still "processing" it. No check received as of today (Nov 11, 2014). The bottom line -- no delivery or refund of a product that I paid for more than six months ago. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them. Why they would treat their loyal customers this way is totally beyond me. More
Longtime happy customer I have had owned BMW's my entire life, and have been getting my vehicles serviced at P&W for the past 5 years or so. The employees are all very friend I have had owned BMW's my entire life, and have been getting my vehicles serviced at P&W for the past 5 years or so. The employees are all very friendly and professional, when speaking with any one of them, I feel as if I am their one and only customer. Multiple times, people have gone out of their way to accomodate for my needs, and continue to impress me with each visit. I'm happy with the quality of work, and will continue to stick with P&W for service in the future. More
This BMW dealership is so Ghetto Out of all the bmw dealers I've been to and experienced P&W BMW is the worst. You take your car to get it serviced next thing you know another problem Out of all the bmw dealers I've been to and experienced P&W BMW is the worst. You take your car to get it serviced next thing you know another problem popped up from nowhere and even though it's there fault they will charge you to repair it. The lot attendants drive your cars so reckless you wouldn't even realize. Oh, have you seen there car lot...it is such a disaster that's why they don't take customers to the lot they will rather tell you they will go get the car and bring it up to you. I thought they had standards but I guess not. I'll rather make the drive to A&L BMW or Sewickley BMW More

I have always liked their service department, but s On my recent appointment at P&W to service my 2000 BMW 323Ci I could not have been more satisfied. I have always liked their service department, but something was different this time. The service rep that handled my appointment, Nate Whetzel, could not have been more professional and helpful. All my expectations were met and exceeded. I am not sure if there is a new service manager there, but the whole service area was buzzing. Nate stayed in contact with me the whole time my car was in the shop and explained in detail what needed done with exact price quotes. My car has 140K miles on it and I try to keep up with the maintenance when it needs it. I could have taken my BMW to my local repair shop that does my other cars, but for my BMW I feel better having it serviced by BMW people. I have been in the maintenance service industry for over 30 years and I was very impressed with P&Ws Service Dept. Thank you Nate and thank you P&W. More
