Clearly customer service is the highest priority at P&W. All of my questions were answered. The numbers were exactly what I was quoted. They handled my trade in and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my new vehicle before driving off the lot. I am happy to join the BMW family and would highly recommend P&W. More

Sent Personal Financial Info without Consent I was looking @ purchasing a used vehicle from PMW . They received a $500 deposit & proceeded to send my Financial info to FOUR institutions WITHOUT M I was looking @ purchasing a used vehicle from PMW . They received a $500 deposit & proceeded to send my Financial info to FOUR institutions WITHOUT MY CONCENT ,while selling the car to someone else . I'm out $500, & my credit score took a MAJOR hit !!!! RUN RUN RUN RUN !!!!!!! The most incompetent people I have ever dealt with . I have called MANY times with no explanation, or resolution !!!! STAY AWAY FORM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! More

Treated second class My fiance and I went in to purchase a 650 in March -we were quoted a price but weren't ready to purchase at that time. We went in for a second time around the beginning of August and they quoted us the same price but we had to wait a little bit longer for personal reasons. We asked the salesman to keep us updated if any deals were available. A few weeks later we went into the showroom and I purchased a showroom X5. We were now close to buying and checking prices elsewhere. We walked into the showroom to see what was available(Related to no call back) and to our shock the salesman made us feel like we were not wanted there. Both of us felt very uncomfortable - like we were bothering him. plus I guess they didn't care if they sold us a 100,000 car. We left shocked and upset at the lack of courtesy. We did find a 650 (In Boardman, Ohio) where we were treated well and got a vehicle $700 cheaper with almost $5,000 more in options. Shame on you P&W. More

RUN... Do not use this dealership!! Went into this dealership since it was close to my job. Sorry I ever did. My awful experience didn't end until over a month passed. My salesman didn't explain the terms of the sale at all. I guess I was a bit to blame since I didn't ask enough questions. I was too trusting. Everything in regards to the deal were very vague until I went to sign the papers and the dealership hit me with a payment I was never expecting. I called off the deal and it took 6 phone calls, several text messages and emails in order to get my deposit back. I figured as long as they had my money they thought I would be tied to buying a different car from them. After WEEKS of trying to get my deposit returned I was told there was a "processing error." It wasn't until I threatened legal action that the check for my deposit return was suddenly able to be cut and issued to me. This was by far the most pathetic car buying experience I have ever had in all my years of buying cars. I urge others NOT to use this dealership. More
