I never write reviews but I thought if I can save someone else the time, inconvenience, and headache, I’ll do so. Here it is: I am extremely disappointed with the service and reliability of this particular dealership. There was a faulty device installed in my vehicle at this location that caused me to pay out of pocket at another dealership due to my relocation out of town. Once contacting this dealership for reimbursement as recommended by the out of state BMW dealership where the repair was conducted, I was sent to a service manager at this Pittsburgh location that then informed me that reimbursement would be issued and a check would be mailed out. However, two months later after continuous calls, inquires, and never receiving payment it dawned on me that he never intended to send out any check. I guess it was easier to tell me anything because I live out of state rather than dealing with the issue. I have called every week for the last 8 weeks and I may have spoken to him twice and both times he reassured me that the accounting dept. has or will be sending out the check by mail and even provided me with a “mailed by” date. That was two weeks ago and it hasn’t appeared. Every time I call he and his boss are conveniently in meetings and they never return my calls. I say all of this to say if you can take the drive to a further BMW location where they actually value and respect their customers, to avoid going here, please do so! More

I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by P&W BMW. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they did so with lightning speed and unparalleled attention to detail. My salesman Brayden was awesome. Very accommodating. I was able to do the majority of my purchase virtually. I have a 2021 bmw that I service at P&W. Today I took it in for an oil change and an all points inspection. I asked if body shop could look at the driver side because of a scrape. The end of day body shop called and told me we didn’t pick up the car. I told them it was to be serviced and service never called me . Evidently service never took the car from body shop. I called my horribly incompetent service rep and he said I could get the car and bring back tomorrow. I was without my car all day and they expect me to get a ride to pick up,get a ride to drop off in the morning and get a ride to pick up.. This is the 3rd time they kept my car overnight or days for a quick service. The last time is sat in their lot for days and no one informed me they had to order a part for a window. I could have driven the car . They offered no loaner.and I was without my car. The awful service rep did not send me service survey.. I have gone to his office before and had to wait because he was late for work. It’s not like I bought a Hugo. (For young people that was a cheap ,not very good car ) I will be taking my BMWs to another dealer for service elsewhere. More

Extremely frustrating experience. Poor communication and misinformation throughout entire process. Told that car was ready to pick up and finance, traveled to dealership to be told th Poor communication and misinformation throughout entire process. Told that car was ready to pick up and finance, traveled to dealership to be told that we were unable to pick it up/purchase due to a fire in autobody facility. Was told we would be contacted when able to retrieve the vehicle. Weeks later, we called to inquire about the vehicle and was then told that there was a glitch with the title. Confused - could we not acquire the car due to a fire or because of the title? Dealership permitted us to use car while waiting another 4 weeks for title which arrived, of course, during the holidays, and then were rushed through financing before year-end. Beautiful car - horrible experience. More

When I told the manager about the problem he refused to take back the vehicle or get it repaired even though it's under warranty and he won't return my calls. DON'T BUY HERE!!! More
