I am giving kudos to Donna Skaggs who keeps me coming back to Oxmoor Toyota for service. She is willing to fit me in for service even though I have a tight schedule. She tells me exactly what the problem back to Oxmoor Toyota for service. She is willing to fit me in for service even though I have a tight schedule. She tells me exactly what the problems are with my car and what the mechanics are saying they can do about it. I always wait for my car because Oxmoor Toyota provides a very comfortable space to wait and do computer and paper work I need to catch up on. Donna drops by and keeps me updated on what progress is being made. I never wait too long and there are times that I wish they would take their time so I can get more paper work done. About 9 years ago I had a different Camry and went to a different dealership for service and I really liked them. When I bought my Solara convertible from Oxmoor I thought I would try them for service and happened to get Donna as my technician. We just clicked and even though we have very friendly and fun conversations, Donna is one of the most professional people I have encountered. I will continue to visit Oxmoor because I know I can trust Donna to tell me exactly what the problems are with my car. Thanks Donna!!! More
I have been bringing my Toyotas to Oxmoor Toyota since 2007 for service. Donna Skaggs has been my Service Manager on most occasions. She has always been friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about maintenance. I recently brought my 2011 Camry Hybrid and 2009 Prius in for regular maintenance after scheduling appointments on line. Even though Donna knew what I wanted done from the on line questionnaire, she sought me out in the waiting area and made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted. After the service, she explained what had been done and went through the billing with me before taking me to the cashier. I have worked with Donna almost exclusively over the last six years and have never been disappointed. She is a nice lady who goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Great customer service! I live out of town and needed work on my car. Not only did they help pay for a rental car, they even allowed me to drive the rental car until my car was fixed and dropped my car o work on my car. I thought the Toyota service will be best comparing to others. But, I had very a worst experience. I left my car for service on the evening. I told them what were the problems with my car and gave my car others. But, I had very a worst experience. I left my car for service on the evening. I told them what were the problems with my car and gave my car key along with bunch of other keys. He told me that the car will be ready next morning. Next morning I got the call from them stating that they don't have my car key and they were searching for it. I got another call that afternoon saying they couldn't find the car key and they have made a duplicate key and fixed the issue. When I told them I had other bunch of keys on it, they said they were looking for it and I can get my car on the evening. On the evening, they made me wait for 20minutes and said that they couldn't find the keys and gave me the duplicate key they made. They said they guy who serviced my card already left and they have to wait for him to return the next day. Next day, they agreed they have lost my key and they said they will reimburse the cost for the new keys. Finally, I had to wait for a week for them to say they wouldn't be able to get me my original Toyota key and all they could do was just a duplicate key and reimburse the cost for my other keys. I had wasted lot times calling and I been to their place 4 times. I never had this worst experience anywhere. May be I was deceived by the name Toyota. More
Always enjoying working with Drew Hunt Service advisor. He works me in expedicously and gets it done on time. They usually wash the car and sometimes it your timing is good you can get a back massage. Josh, in the parts department always calls me when my special orders come in and finds what i need is short order. I appreciate the great service i receive here. More

This is the best experience I have had when my car needed repairs. It is stressful when the check engine light goes on. Eric was very polite and kind; he carefully explained what was needed and made special repairs. It is stressful when the check engine light goes on. He helped me resolve a difficult and frustrating issue with my warranty; it was so helpful to have him work through this process. I purchased a Prius with pre-paid maintinence for 100,000. I went in for a 35000 check and was told my prepaid was no longer in effect. I was qite upset, and over-reacted. I spoke with the head of finance and was told he would get back with me on monday, this was on a thursday. I have now been waiting 1 1/2 weeks. I also received a call from the service dept re garding a reccomended service. I told her about my experience. She said she would get back with me. I have not heard from her either. On a previous visit I was told I would probably need new tires the next visit. The next visit it was noted that my tires were fine. I guess a miracle happened and hey grew tread. More
