My dreaded fear every 5-6 years is purchasing a new car. I usually have an idea of what I want, it's just finding the vehicle and getting the process over. Told him what I had in mind, his response was he had three(3) in stock that I might have interest in and we were off and running. He was right, found the right color and interior of the new Highlander. I had already visited several dealerships and knew their stock and this one was my favorite. After, finally agreeing on the purchase price, I headed to Oxmoor to sign the papers, however, someone else purchased my vehicle before he could put the "Sold" sign on the window. Within ten minutes, he return a call to me stating he found another Highlander at another location and would have it the next day if I could wait one more day. I went on that Thursday evening to sign the paper work feeling sure I was dealing with an honest person knowing I was signing papers for a car unseen. I was not disappointed, my Highlander arrived at the dealership on Friday and I picked up my new vehicle on Sat morning. I spoke with several gentlemen during this process and all were a pleasure to deal with during this purchase. The gentleman that helped me complete my financial and loan request was very helpful. I am sorry I don't remember his name. All in all, this experience was the easiest for me in the last 11 years since my husband's death. This is my 3rd purchase since his death. Tyrone is the Sales Consultant that stood out among those I talked to over a 3-4 day period. I initially wanted to test drive a Highlander but was unable to because of a dead battery. After telling him what had happened, we set up an appointment and he assured me he would have the Highlander ready to drive. I really appreciated Tyrone's focus on customer service and desire to do whatever was necessary to help me select the right vehicle for my family. Three weeks later, I called looking for a CD I thought was left in the trade-in vehicle and Tyrone was just as polite and helpful at that time. Great customer service from Tyrone!! More

While searching for a used vehicle we had been to every dealership in Louisville. We decided to try Toyota at the end of the day for our last stop. It was 8:00 pm when we arrived. Vadim Tolstykh was the first to help us; he showed us a few vehicles before showing us the used 2009 RAV-4, which we took on a test drive with him. During the test drive, Vadim was very informative, knowledgeable, and a pleasant person to have riding with us. After the test drive we decided to see what kind of deal we could get on the vehicle. Vadim brought his associate over to help us see what we could get the vehicle for. Unfortunately I cannot recall what the gentleman’s name that helped us was, but he was great, we really appreciated how he treated us, and would like for him and Vadim to both be recognized for their customer service. After quite a few tries we came to an agreement on price for the vehicle, and loved the deal that we were able to work out. We did not leave the dealership till 10:45 pm, the whole while Vadim and his associate continued to reassure us that it was no problem for them to stay, because they really wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We cannot say enough how appreciative we are for the service we received from both of these gentleman. We love our new car and could not be happier with the deal and the service we received. Due to our experience we will continue to recommend all of our friends and family to visit Oxmoor Toyota first when searching for a new or used vehicle. Best customer service we had received all day and from any other dealership! More
