I did not think we could buy this car as it was priced over our budget. The car was originally priced about $12,000 with internet price at $9,200. I offered $8000 out the door. Cory and the Sales manager coutered with $8500 out the door, which I thought was a very fair price and pleasantly surprised that the car would be sold at the price. Cory had the car cleaned and detailed before we drove it home. He also followed up the next day, as promised, with a phone call to check with us and see if we had any questions. This is at least the fourth car I have purchased at Oxmoor Toyota for myself or others and every time the dealership negotiated what I thought was a fair deal. I have not been able to purchase every car that I wanted from Oxmoor, but I have purchased more cars there than at any other dealership in town. I would definitely recommend Cory and Oxmoor Toyota to others. More

Initially went for buying a used car with a budget of 5000. After running a test driving with old car, I just checked options with Jesse for leasing and finance for a new toyota corolla. There were no force from Jesse or others from Oxmoor Toyota to buy a new car, after working the numbers with them, we decided to take the new 2013 Toyota corolla to our home :) Hope our relationship with Oxmoor Toyota goes very smooth in the coming years and decades. I purchased a Prius with pre-paid maintinence for 100,000. I went in for a 35000 check and was told my prepaid was no longer in effect. I was qite upset, and over-reacted. I spoke with the head of finance and was told he would get back with me on monday, this was on a thursday. I have now been waiting 1 1/2 weeks. I also received a call from the service dept re garding a reccomended service. I told her about my experience. She said she would get back with me. I have not heard from her either. On a previous visit I was told I would probably need new tires the next visit. The next visit it was noted that my tires were fine. I guess a miracle happened and hey grew tread. More
I purchased a 2007 Saturn in April with the help of JO-JO and the exellent job that Wayne Burns did on getting me financed after a past problem and now being on disability!I made the decision in late Sept.I and the exellent job that Wayne Burns did on getting me financed after a past problem and now being on disability!I made the decision in late Sept.I just did not like the car and called and spoke to Johnny Pittman about refund on the service contract I had purchased.I told him the situation and he said he would try to help me.When he rec.how much my refund would be,I told him I really wanted a new black Corolla.I new I was upside down and there would be a time to bite the bullit!Johnny called Toyota credit and got me approved on a 36 month lease.Robert Jaggers closed my sale and it seemed we had a lot of things in common as he explained the lease and also the negative equity.I am very thankful for this group of guys that helped me with my 2013 Black Corolla.Jo-Jo did a great job as well on both cars.The only name that has slipped my mind was the young lady who helped set and explain my audio system with my telephone(she was very patient with me!!).Thanks again to everyone and I can only hope the service dept.will represent Oxmoor Toyota in the same fashion. Came to the dealership on a lark. Was planning on purchasing a new Mini Cooper, but never felt quite comfortable with that decision. On my way to the Mini Cooper dealership I decided to swing by Oxm purchasing a new Mini Cooper, but never felt quite comfortable with that decision. On my way to the Mini Cooper dealership I decided to swing by Oxmoor Toyota and take a look at the Prius. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car and never made my trip to the other dealership! Working with Cory Morris was very refreshing. He was the right combination of thoughtful and informative. There was no pressure to make the purchase. He provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. I will definitely send my friends to Cory when they are in need of a new car. I also plan to touch base with him this summer when I'll be looking for a used car for my daughter. More
I came into oxmoor toyota only to look and ended up leaving with a used honda civic. Dino was very helpful when it came to picking out cars. He was very knowledgeable of cars, which I found exceptional because it was a honda and not a toyota, which is what you would imagine he specials in. We went on a test drive and he continued to inform us more of the car. When it came to buying the car, Dino was able to get us a deal and also was able to help work around my finances. Dino was very friendly and not two pushing, both qualities that I feel would be important when going out car shopping. Overall Dino was an excellent salesman. More
