This was my first experience purchasing a new car and it couldn't have gone better. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and within a few hours I was the owner of a brand new Mazda 3. I have always liked the Mazda 3 but my main reason for going to the dealership that day was the zero percent financing Mazda was offering. I didn't have perfect credit so I was very nervous about trying to qualify for this financing. They were extremely nice to me and they were able to get me the zero percent interest rate. I couldn't believe how easy it was to buy a car. Once all of the paper work was signed they walked me outside and walked me through all of the features on the car and helped me set up my bluetooth. I received my 1st oil change free and I just received a certificate in the mail for another free oil change which came just in time because it's time to service it again. I couldn't be happier with my Mazda and I would recommend Oxmoor Mazda to anyone looking for a new car. More

I came to the dealership just looking for a test drive but the sales staff and the car was so great that I couldn't say no and found myself with a 2010 Mazda 3. Great experience for buying my used Jeep The entire staff worked to assure my needs were all met for the purchase. I asked if I could get a one day period to take it to my mechanic and if there were any prob worked to assure my needs were all met for the purchase. Fred was outgoing, chatty and genuinely pleased to be at work. Fred took my parents and I all over the lot and never once was annoyed at my dads endless list of questions about the Mazda 3. Once I decided on the car I wanted we were prepared as a family for "battle", when I say "battle" I am referring to the negotiation process. To my fathers most pleasant surprise there was no battle; Fred and the Finance Manager worked together and collectively we agreed to a very fair price. My dad was so shocked and still says that his experience at Oxmoor Mazda was the best he has ever had when making a large purchase. I went in this summer looking at three different used cars I had found online.
