When we arrived a few days later (an hour drive) to the dealership, Lauren Maggard was outside to greet us and helped us find the exact vehicle we were interested in. Lauren was helpful in negotiating a fair price within our budget and we drove off the lot in our new 2016 Mazda CX5 that afternoon. They were great about me turning in my 2012 lease early in exchange for a new car and promised no hidden fees. Sales people great! Finance manager, horrible. The sales people were professional. I had to wait an extra day for my car to get delivered and the interior was not clean. It was raining so there was no expectation for the exterior to be clean. The finance manager was quick and got annoyed with me when I had questions or didn't understand the paperwork. The only reason I would not recommend or purchase another vehicle from this dealership would be because of the finance manager. More
