Jaquis nor Mario made us feel pressured to do anything, were very straight forward and made the experience very easy and the best car buying experience so far. 10/10 would recommend both. Everything about them was poor. The salesperson, Juan, never mentioned there was a 5% markup over MSRP until we began negotiating an out the door price. The general manager, Matt Storm, was rude and arrogant and it took the general manager of Oxmoor Toyota, Patrick O’Donnell, to complete the deal. Two hours after we thought we had purchased a silver CX-5, Juan called to inform me the silver model had been sold two days earlier. Juan said a blue model was available and I told him we didn’t want blue and for us to purchase the blue we would need an additional discount of $500.00. Juan checked with Storm and he said the price was set. I again told Juan something had to be done; it was their error and he said they were not changing the price. Needless to say, the deal did not happen. We will be looking at other dealerships in the area. More
