They advised me about longer service periods because I was using synthetic oil, as an example. Also, while in the waiting room, the service person explained to a woman, who had brought her car in for a brake job, that she did not need new brakes, that the squealing was due to moisture and should be fine now. That was very encouraging. I will continue to use them for service. More
