Extremely pleased! I am So happy I found William Harlow at Oxmoor Mazda! I contemplated between finiancing and paying cash for a vehicle for weeks. After I spoke with hi I am So happy I found William Harlow at Oxmoor Mazda! I contemplated between finiancing and paying cash for a vehicle for weeks. After I spoke with him on the phone for about 5 minutes the morning of buying my vehicle i knew instantly I was going to finance my car! Even with my extremely low credit score he ensured that he would be able to get me driving off the lot in something nice. When I met William in person he made me feel welcome , like a person & not just another sale. He thought about me and my situation unlike some other salesman who are just worried about their commission of the deal and don't care if you get screwed over ! He even hooked me up with an awesome insurance agent! I am extremely excited that I went to Oxmoor Mazda first, and never in a million years will I go back to another buy here pay here! More

Be careful - dishonest sales tactics Be careful with these guys, they have dishonest sales tactics! We bought a car here in January, they added on dealer fees AFTER we had already agreed Be careful with these guys, they have dishonest sales tactics! We bought a car here in January, they added on dealer fees AFTER we had already agreed on a price, written it on a sheet of paper, and shook hands on it - their 'word' is not valid apparently. In addition, they falsified the odometer statement - said there were 5 or 6 miles on the car when in fact there were over 500! They may have a large selection, but just beware when buying a car from them - I've bought my first and last car from them. More
