Come to Oxmoor Mazda first I did a lot of my own research about what kind of vehicle I wanted and I had narrowed it down to the Mazda 3 and another vehicle. I was leaning toward the Mazda 3 so I went to Oxmoor Mazda. I was looking for a very specific package (manual transmission touring sedan) so I was expecting to have to order it and wait for it to come in. I arrived and met Tom Tichenor, when I walked in and told him what I was looking for. We walked out to the lot and I was surprised when Tom told me that they had the vehicle in stock. We took it out for a test drive and the car drove like a dream. Throughout the whole process I felt that Tom was on my side helping me get the right car at the right price. He made the process very easy and I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking for a vehicle. More

He was not pushy, had alot of knowledge about multiple vehicles and I never felt like i wa getting the "run-around". Im an uptight person anyways but Nick made me feel right at home and I was actually relaxed. Even after deciding against trading my current vehucle in, Nick didnt bat an eye. I would recommend Nick for anyone that is nervous or skeptical about car dealers. I understand the value of reviews and I rarely give a review unless I receive excellent service.
