A glimpse of what "Customer Service" once was. I received a call from my stepdaughter, a single mom with four little people, Friday morning when her 2003 Mazda MPV decided to lay down on the Watt I received a call from my stepdaughter, a single mom with four little people, Friday morning when her 2003 Mazda MPV decided to lay down on the Watterson while on her way to work. It was towed to a chain service center who quickly realized the problem was beyond their capability and suggested that we take it to a Mazda Dealer. By now there are three family members forming a team to get her through her crisis and on to her job. We then had it towed to Oxmoor Mazda and was greeted by Tim Fulk who became not only our Service Adviser but a team member as well. Tim displayed a level of commitment and customer service that is very rarely seen these days. We were treated as though we had just purchased a new CX-9 rather than bringing in a 13 year old MPV for a difficult repair. Tim's commitment to customer satisfaction coupled with the technicians skill and perseverance resulted in a brighter outlook for a struggling mom just trying to work and provide for her family. More

How a bad situation turned into a great one I took my car into the service department due to a noise which we thought was the power steering going out on my Mazda cx7. After 2hrs of diagnostic t I took my car into the service department due to a noise which we thought was the power steering going out on my Mazda cx7. After 2hrs of diagnostic testing, I received the worst case scenario call. Long story short, my engine was shot. They were surprised I was still able to drive it. I went into panic mode because we still owed 2+ years on the loan. John, in the service department, set me up with Mark, in sales, to help me with this, what seemed like "impossible" situation. After several options, time, and many people working their magic, I'm now enjoying a brand new car with 1 car pymt that is very reasonable considering my situation. I'm so happy with my experience and can't even begin to thank everyone involved. I would highly recommend Mazda! More
